Trash all over

The same neighbor I keep writing about has trash, furniture, junk all over Northview. He does not have trash
service as I have called and because of where he puts the trash and the fact that he has not paid his bill in over a year, service was discontinued. The trash stinks and attracks varmits of all kinds including coyotees. He throws the trash everywhere I have called all agencies,police, sheriff, county hazardous waste etc. and get no help. The junk pile just keeps getting bigger and bigger daily.

Try contacting El Cajon City Manager's phone number is 619-441-1716. We had neighbors renting out their back yard to people and they were living in tents, campers and even empty containers used for big rigs. They were raising chickens, using open fire pits to cook on and throwing their trash over the fence to the sewer drain. I contacted everyone I knew and finally called the City Managers office and told them what I had and they directed me to the correct people to contact.
