I mentioned this before but didn't see it on the discussion page. We are hearing a low humming or droning noise on Herbert Street. Doesn't seem to be a transformer in front of our house. We hear it first thing every morning until around 10 AM and sometimes at night. We can't pinpoint where it comes from. Does anyone else hear this? It sounds similar to a cement mixer sound (muffled) and it is continuous for hours. There are several businesses nearby on Chase and Avocado and I was wondering if anyone has any clues about this. thanks
