E-Alert Information
On 8/19/08 at 14:20 hours, a 17 year old female was walking on Braves Ln., (walking west along the block wall which borders the South side of road). This street is near the intersection of Park and Mollison at El Cajon Valley High School. She was approached by a Black male driving a newer black Toyota pickup with no plates. He began to ask her questions like; "Did you just get out of school?", "Do you party?", "Where do you live?", and "Do you smoke weed?” He passed her, but stopped ahead of her and waited several minutes for her to pass him. He did not make any sexual remarks, expose himself, and or open the vehicle door or attempt to pull her inside the vehicle.
The truck was described as a newer model, black, 2 door Toyota pickup with tinted windows and no plates. The driver was described as a black male, 23 years old, very closely cropped black hair (nearly bald). He was wearing a black t-shirt, large framed glasses and wore several gold necklaces.
