CURRENT CRITICAL INCIDENTS – May 14, 2009
The El Cajon Police Department implemented a Current Critical Incidents page on the El Cajon Police Department web sites (www.elcajonpolice.org and www.elcajonneighbors.org). The Critical Incidents page was designed to provide information to the public regarding incidents that may impact their neighborhood. The page will provide the same information that would be provided if a citizen contacted the Police Department to inquire about an incident occurring in their neighborhood.
Significant incidents that may be listed on the page may include:
Lost child
Missing Person with special needs
Significant police activity at a concentrated location
Fleeing suspect or dangerous situations
Helicopters assisting police activities
This Current Critical Incidents page was created as a result of a suggestion received from an El Cajon resident at a recent Community Forum.
